What you can learn when joining us

As an Intern Analyst, you will gain exposure to credit analysis and market research through participation in the Rating & Research team’s activities. The internship aims to help Interns build foundational analytical and professional skills for a future analytical career, such as:

• Gain exposure to fundamental credit analysis concepts and analytical approaches used in rating activities.
• Develop basic data organization and market monitoring skills through exposure to research and portfolio activities.
• Understand how analysts conduct research and monitor market developments.
• Build and strengthen communication and presentation skills by assisting analysts in preparing event materials.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business. Experience in audit, banking research, investment banking clubs, or writing analysis reports is a plus.
• MUST be a final-year student with an internship recommendation letter from the university.
• Committed to a full-time internship with a duration of normally between 3–6 months.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication.
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, honesty, independence, and accountability while fostering an inclusive exchange of ideas and engaging in teamwork with a positive, constructive attitude.
  Progress toward CFA/FRM Level 1 or 2 is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus; willingness and ability to adapt and incorporate IT and other tools.
