Pham Phu Khoi

Pham Phu Khoi is an expert in business management and investment banking, with over 37 years of experience spanning domestic and international markets, specializing in Financial markets business, ALM, investment banking advisory, credit trading, Debt Capital Market.

Mr. Khoi has held a number of senior leader positions at major financial institutions and banks, both in Vietnam and international markets. He has served as Deputy General Director, Head of Financial Markets Division cum Head of the Asset-Liability Management Center at VPBank, and concurrently Chairman of VPBank Securities Company (VPBS); CEO of ACB Securities Company (ACBS); Executive Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Singapore; Head of Emerging Markets Credit Trading, Vietnam Fixed income Country Head at Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore; Portfolio Manager of Asian Corporate Bonds at Barclays Capital Asia, Hong Kong; Northeast Asia Regional Director at Vietnam Airlines. Currently, Mr. Khoi is the Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Bond Market Association (VBMA), and Chairman of the LPBank Securities Joint Stock Company.

He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s degree in Aviation Engineering - Economics from Riga Civil Aviation University, Latvia (former USSR). Additionally, he has completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD Business School, France.
