As Vietnam targets high-income status by 2045, the country requires a shift from basic industrialization to a sustainable infrastructure model that can support a modern economy while withstanding intensifying climate pressures.

The Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility, a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank, Moody’s Ratings and VIS Rating, in partnership with A&O Shearman and other market players, are hosting a seminar aimed at understanding upcoming regulations and how these can be applied to fund infrastructure investments.
