Details of Change in Board of Directors
We hereby announce a change in the Board of Directors of Vietnam Investors Service and Credit Rating Agency Joint Stock Company (“VIS Rating”), based on the resolutions passed by the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors:
- Upon receipt of the resignation letter of Mr. Pham Phu Khoi from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Board of Directors dated December 4, 2024, VIS Rating passed Resolutions to dismiss Mr. Pham Phu Khoi from the mentioned title & positions, effective from December 17, 2024.
- Elected Mr. Nguyen Lam Dung, currently a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of VIS Rating for the tenure 2021-2026. The appointment took effect as from December 17, 2024.
